When running Xamarin Forms project on Android 4.4.2, Horizontal scrolling is disabled when in a tableview or listview. Sliders were added to a tableview and the horizontal scrolling of the slider does not work. If Forms is not updated and legacy version 1.0. is used, the horizontal scrolling works.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open project and you can click on any button. There are three examples and the buttons list them: Grid in scrollview, TableView, and ScrollView. All pages Horizontal Scroll work in Xamarin Forms 1.0.6186, but do not work with Xamarin Forms 188.8.131.5257.

You can use a slider in a TableView
I have attached the sample project of the bug. I was able to recreate the bug

Project to recreate error
I have checked this issue and able to reproduce this issue. To reproduce this issue I have followed the instruction provided in bug description.
Steps I followed:
1. Open attached sample application in XS.
2. Set android as startup project, and deploy the application on emulator.
3. Click on third button "ScrollView With Horizontal Scrolling working"
4. Try to scroll Vertically it will scroll successfully.
5. Try to scroll Slider Horizontally, observed horizontal scrolling of the slider does work.
6. Stop application and update the Xamarin.Forms to ( 220.127.116.1157)
7. Run application again and follow steps 3 to 5 again.
8. Try to scroll Slider Horizontally, observed horizontal scrolling of the slider does not work.
I observed that after updating the xamarin forms, horizontal scrolling of the slider does work. But user is able to scroll by taping in to it.

This appears to be fixed in the current version.

I observed that this issue does mot exist with Xamarin.Forms Version: 220.127.116.1158-pre2. After updating to XF I observed that horizontal scrolling of the slider works properly.
This issue has been fixed , hence I am closing this issue.
