The Xamarin Android Player is not registering itself with ADB. The consequence of this is that it is impossible to use the Android Player with Xamarin.UITest.
Steps to duplicate:
1. Start up the Device Manager.
2. Start a Nexus 4 (KitKat) image.
3. Start up Terminal
4. Run `adb devices`. Notice that there is no Android Player listed.
5. Run `adb kill-server`
6. Run `adb start-server`
7. Run `adb devices`. Again, there is no Android Player listed. For example on my Mac with my phone connected, a Android Player instance running, and the Android emulator, I see:
List of devices attached
If I select the Nexus4(KitKat) device in Xamarin Studio then Xamarin Android Player will start but is still invisible to adb.
We're fairly confident this is fixed in v0.1.1. Please reopen if you see this again.
