VS2013 activity log

It is the second time I have this problem (two successive updates) and it is very anoying.
I close all instances of VS2013. I update xamarin via xamarin studio.
Then impossible to restart VS2013. It is complaining that he cannot find some main component.
I can restart VS2013 or my PC how many times I want it does not solve the problem.
Only way to solve the problem is re-install or repair VS2013 from the Control Panel.

For information I am on Windows 8.1. And problem happens only on VS2013 (VS2012 is still working fine after update). I attached the VS2013 activity log. Hope it can help.

I have tried to reproduce this issue and unable to reproduce. I update Xamarin via Xamarin Studio and after that I am able to restart VS 2013 successfully on my system.

Could you please provide me build info of VS and Xamarin from Menu-> About Microsoft Visual Studio?
