I believe it depends on the Pads' docking state as it didn't happen before I changed some dock layout locally.

With my docking state[*1] it causes crash when I operate "Find References" on C# source file in the text editor.

Repro (possibly with anything, but this is my reproducible steps):

1. git clone https://github.com/atsushieno/cadencii.git
2. git checkout 93ab6418c7f47a44fd19b5d9fa1370cd98a7dcaf
3. open Cadencii.sln. There is nothing opened by default (i.e. no saved state in *.userprefs)
4. open src/Cadencii.Application.Model/AuthorListEntry.cs.
5. right click "AuthorListEntry" at line 20 and operate "Find References" command.

It results in error:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
