messages or log files if you are hitting an issue that looks similar to
this resolved bug and you do not yet see a matching new report.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch the MonoDevelop.
2. Create iPhone Single view application.
3. Right click on Project name.
4. Click on Add and then click on Web Reference.
5. Add web reference window opens up, click on OK button.
6. Observe that an error appears, i.e. "Only 'parameters' element in message part is supported."
When try to ad "Web Reference" to the project, an error appears, i.e. "Only 'parameters' element in message part is supported." Refer to the attached screenshot.
Error should not appear and it should successfully add the 'Web Reference'.

This is a WCF issue which we are not currently dealing with.
