**Overview:**

   Custom properties are not displaying in the properties menu in the designer.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

   1. Open the attached project. 
   2. Open the storyboard file

**Actual Results:**

   The custom property is not shown. 

**Expected Results:**

   Custom property should appear in the Properties menu.

**Build Date & Platform:**

   XS 5.5

I have checked this issue with XS 5.5 (build 227) and observed the same behaviour mentioned in bug description.

You need to compile the project. If the binaries are not available then custom properties will not show up. They show up as expected when the project is compiled.

@Alan McGovern  Rebuilding does not fix it for me in my production application.  Please e-mail so we can do a teamviwer session so I can show you.
