Unhelpful error: "Error: /Developer/MonoTouch/usr/share/doc/MonoTouch/apple-doc-wizard not found"
This is almost a duplicate of bug 21667 (about `MDocArchiveToMsxDocConverter.exe`). This new bug is for another command that's also currently unused. Removing these errors (at least until some future date when the doc sync feature might be re-enabled) will reduce confusion.
## Steps followed to produce the attached logs
1. Start Xamarin.iOS Build Host.
2. Delete the log folders: `~/Library/Logs/Xamarin/MonoTouchVS` and
3. Open an iOS solution in Visual Studio. (Visual Studio already had cached
pairing information for the build host).
4. Select "Tools -> Options -> Xamarin -> iOS Settings -> SDK Synchronization
-> Check Now".
5. Collect the log files.
