Where is ikvm on a mac?

I would like to convert a library to a mac but could not find the needed bin on my mac after installing latest mono MDK.

Here is my original question:

A bug report is not the correct location for a question like this. IKVM isn't a MonoMac library. I would contact the maintainers of the IKVM library for help.

according to sources mono or MonoMac are shiped with ikvm.

I am not asking for help on how to use IKVM but rather why is ikvm not shipped with MonoMac.

Are you referring to IKVM.Reflection or IKVM for java/.net interop?
Comment 4 Vadimo 2014-09-30 11:15:28 UTC
no idea, I am referring to ikvm.exe and ikvmc.exe the both command line tools.
Comment 5 Chris Hamons 2014-09-30 11:19:18 UTC
ikvm.exe / ikvmc.exe are not part of the MonoMac/Xamarin.Mac distribution.

The documentation you linked has the following at the top: " This page is likely outdated (last edited on 19 Oct 2008). Visit the new documentation for updated content."

We do not ship those tools. You'll need to contact the ikvm maintainers. This is not a bug in xamarin.mac/MonoMac.
