I get strange non-responsive caret behavior that results in this crash:System.ArgumentException: invalid location: [DocumentLocation: Line=90, Column=0]   at Mono.TextEditor.Caret.set_Location(DocumentLocation value)   at Mono.TextEditor.TextViewMargin.MousePressed(MarginMouseEventArgs args)   at Mono.TextEditor.TextEditor.OnButtonPressEvent(EventButton e)   at Gtk.Widget.buttonpressevent_cb(IntPtr widget, IntPtr evnt)MD 2.8.2, Win 7 Sp1 x64.
