Test case

On Windows Phone, for ListView: Button in ItemTemplate fires ItemTapped instead of Clicked

## Steps to reproduce

1. Launch the attached test case.

2. Tap either of the buttons labeled ">>>".

## Result on Windows Phone 8.0 emulator (Problematic result)

Both buttons incorrectly open the "Item Tapped" alert.

## Result on Android or iOS ("Good" result)

Both buttons correctly open the "Button Tapped" alert.

This bug is closely related to bug 21501.

The considerations about special view hierarchies and idiosyncrasies across platforms from bug 21501, comment 4 apply here too. In short, it might not be possible to prevent every inconsistency, but it would be nice to fix this particular case if possible.

Forgot to edit that template, I think this is fixed in master, check 2.2.0 when its out (shortly)
