Steps to reproduce:
1. launch the MonoDevelop.
2. Create a Android solution.
3. Right Click on <project name>.
4. Select Add>>New Folder.
5. See folder appears on the project hierarchy.
6. Now right click on the added project and select "Cut/Copy".
7. Right Click on <projectname>.
8. Select option "Paste".
9. Observed pasted folder is not displayed.
10. Right click on <projectname>.
11. Select "Display Option>>Show All Files".
12. Observed added folder displayed in hidden mode.
When we cut/copy any folder and paste it into root directory of project, pasted folder gets disappeared.
When we right click on project name and select"Display Option>>Show All Files", added folder is displayed in hidden mode.
Please refer the attatched screenshot.
Folder should be displayed when user paste the folder after cut/copy.

I have checked this issue with latest cycle 6 build i.e. XamarinStudio-126.96.36.1992_18af1ba26343fb73877cc8081a808e3100fa00e5 and observed that it is working fine, so I am closing this issue.
