You can reproduce the bug by adding the code in attachment TestPage.txt, and display the TestPage.
In my VS2012, a new project reference the xamarin.forms in nuget default version 0.0.0.0, I don't know how to find the real version, but this version works fine, without this issue.
after I updated the Xamarin.forms version to 220.127.116.1143, then problem reproduced.

the blue area is the scrollview part, the label display outside it...
I have checked this issue and able to reproduce it, To reproduce this I have followed the given steps in bug description.

Hey, this issue submited more than a month and a half, does it in progress or not, is there a expected version with this bug fixed???
Then, I found it's workaround that adding `IsClippedToBounds = true` to ScrollView would be fine.
