Step To Reproduce:

1.Download the instaler for Mono for Android 4.0.0 for windows (.msi file).
2.Double click on .msi file.
3.Click on Next button. 
4.Accept the license agreement and click on Next button. 
5.Observe that on the Custom setup screen 'Browse'button is appearing in disabled mode.

Actual result:
Browse button is appearing in disabled mode. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

Expected result:
Either the Browse button should not appear, or it should be functional.

It should not be functional, as everything must be installed in specific directories in C:\Program Files, we do not write anything to a user configurable directory.

I don't think we can remove this without significant effort, so we're just going to leave it there.
