It would be nice if we had an "Open Android Sdk Manager..." element under 'Tools' -> 'Android' in VS, alongside the option to open the Emulator Manager. We have this in XS on both windows and mac, and I had thought it existed in VS as well but I was unable to find it going all the way back to XVS 1.2.
Windows 8.1 x64
XVS 3.5.25 / fd9f6c6d6
I have checked this issue and now we are getting option "Open Android SDK Manager..." under Tools->Android in VS
