MonoDevelop on the newresolver branch shows the 'this' parameter of an extension method in the overload/syntax popup for that method. It should either not show the parameter at all, as it is implied and the method is marked as extension in the completion popup, or prepend 'this' to the first parameter.

Somehow I forgot them when I reworked the tooltips :(
