Once an assembly has been added to the Favorites section, it cannot be removed. The item is unable to be selected and the context options on a right-click are disabled.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a project and bring up the Add Reference dialog
2) Select an assembly and add it to the favorite section on the left
3) Attempt to remove the assembly.

I have checked this issue and able to reproduce this. To reproduce this issue I have followed the steps mentioned in bug description. I observed that when I add any DLL to the favourite list I am not able to remove that reference(DLL) from favourite list. I also observed that when I right click on that DLL it shows a context menu which contains two options REMOVE and RENAME and both are in disable mode.
