From https://forums.xamarin.com/discussion/21408/possible-bug-top-space-to-todo-in-ios-designer :
I want to create a constraint between an UILabel and the top layout guide in a View Controller. So I drag the T-shaped handle, the top layout guide turns green, I drop the handle when the layout guide is blue. I end up with a constraint that says: "Top Space to: TODO". I attach a screen shot of this situation.
We have tried to reproduce this issue and we are also getting the same issue. When user drag the T-Shapes handle, the top layout guide turns
green, User drop the handle when the layout guide is blue and end up with a
constraint that says: "Top Space to: TODO".

NOT A REGRESSION: We are getting same issue with Stable XVS 18.104.22.168
An update for comment 2: Please ignore the Regression status of comment 2.
I have again checked this issue with XVS 3.1.228 and observe that this issue does not exist with with Stable XVS 22.214.171.124. Here is the screencast : http://www.screencast.com/t/1qcisLIoDDG6
This is not a regression. In the second screencast, the constraint is going to the top of the superview, not to the layout guide. It's possible the older release you're testing with was before we automatically added layout guides, so you may need to test it with a storyboard that already has them.
Fixed in master. It is unlikely to make the next set of releases but it should make the set after that.
