Description Mike Bluestein 2014-07-29 09:43:52 UTC
When I drag-drop a control on the designer surface (either a new control from the toolbox or a control already on the designer surface) it snaps to a location other than the one where the mouse cursor is positioned when releasing the mouse.

I made a screencast to demonstrate: http://screencast.com/t/ZbMO6FSwlIAM
