When I drag-drop a control on the designer surface (either a new control from the toolbox or a control already on the designer surface) it snaps to a location other than the one where the mouse cursor is positioned when releasing the mouse.
I made a screencast to demonstrate: http://screencast.com/t/ZbMO6FSwlIAM
I have reproduce this issue with following steps
1. Create a iOS app
2. Open MainStoryboard and drag-drop Controls and Image View
3. The Location is change where the mouse cursor is positioned, When releasing the mouse.
