Comment 1 Rob Hull 2014-07-03 09:28:36 UTC
Since automatic updates (build 479/ v 5.1) of Xamarin Studio, Android.Hardware.usb name space is no longer available.
Comment 2 Jonathan Pryor 2014-07-03 10:00:59 UTC
Did your $(TargetFrameworkVersion) change? Android.Hardware.Usb requires Android v3.1 and later.
Comment 3 Rob Hull 2014-07-03 10:04:49 UTC
No, no change. Still have 3.1 as the min Android version and Automatic as the target Android version.

I have tried to reproduce this issue but for me it is working fine, I am able
to get namespace "Android.Hardware.usb". I have checked this issue with both
Xamarin.Android versions 4.14.0 (Alpha) and 4.12.5 (Current Stable), and
getting same behavior with both versions of Xamarin.Android.
