Description vga 2014-06-27 12:47:13 UTC
The event handler generated by the designer for a button's click event is this:

[Action ("Clicked")]
[GeneratedCode ("iOS Designer", "1.0")]
partial void Clicked ();

While the expected method signature should be:

partial void Clicked (UIButton sender)

I tried this issue but I am unable to reproduce this issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an iOS "Single view application" on Visual studio.
2. Drag and drop a button on storyboard file.
3. Double click on button (it will generate an event handler for button on controller)

When I drag and drop a button on storyboard file and double click on button. A button event handler is generated on controller and the syntax of event is:

  [Action ("UIButton3_TouchUpInside:")]
  [GeneratedCode ("iOS Designer", "1.0")]
  partial void UIButton3_TouchUpInside (UIButton sender);
