Good morning, why with unity 4.5.1p3 the command Input.anyKey not work into OnTriggerEnter2D ? With unity 4.4.x it work fine...

EDIT : The problem is that OnTriggerEnter2D work only one time....I don't know why....I have also moved out the OnTrigger the code GetComponent<BoxCollider2D>().enabled = false...

Please report Unity bugs to Unity. This sounds like a bug in their engine.

Even if it were a bug in the Mono runtime, Unity uses a very, very old fork of Mono.

How can report the bugs to Unity ? You aren't the Unity bug team support?
