Steps to reproduce:
Condition: User should have invalid iOS license on disk.
1. Open or create iOS application OR add restricted feature.
2. Build the application.

Actual Result: It builds successfully after adding restricted reference when license is invalid on disk. However, If user is having invalid license for android and add restricted reference and build the project then it is giving build error.

Expected Result: It should give build error of invalid license like for android license.
