## Overview:

    The attached test case has a binding set for the BackgroundColor of a RelativeLayout. The color seems to get set to a transparent color instead of the colors specified.

## Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Run the attached project.

## Actual Results:

    The layout for "Test Prod" text does not have a background color.

## Expected Results:

    The "Test Prod"s layout should have a background color behind it. Instead it is transparent.

## Build Date & Platform:

## Additional Information:

    The binding is declared like this:
headerLayout.SetBinding(RelativeLayout.BackgroundColorProperty, new Binding("HeaderBackgroundColor", BindingMode.TwoWay));

Debugging shows that the Property HeaderBackgroundColor is changing, but the color is not updated. ActivationProductComponent.cs L:32

Tested on iOS 7
