Deployment is failing for me on my local machine with the following errors:

/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/External/xbuild/Xamarin/Android/Xamarin.Android.Common.targets: error : Deployment failed because of an internal error: The package was not properly signed (NO_CERTIFICATES).
	/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/External/xbuild/Xamarin/Android/Xamarin.Android.Common.targets: error : InternalError  at Xamarin.AndroidTools.AndroidDeploySession.RunLogged (CancellationToken token) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

Fixed in androidtools/186eae74.

The fix is in md-addins master and 5.1.1 branch.

We have checked this issue and now it's working fine. The project deploying successfully without any error or warning. 
Please let me know if i have to checked anything else.
