your current version information, steps to reproduce, and relevant error
messages or log files if you are hitting an issue that looks similar to
this resolved bug and you do not yet see a matching new report.
With a solution that is under (SVN) source control. Right click a file, choose 'rename', and pick a new name.
Then, right click it a second time, and rename it again.
Upon closing the file-name edit-box, you receive an error dialog, the file name is now colored red, and has disappeared from the filesystem.

I have checked this issue with following builds and followed following steps:
1. Checked out solution from svn server.
2. Rename the file
3. again rename same file.
