Strange Control.Leave events behavior on Windows, they is being raised after Form receives focus back from another application.

On .Net Framework neither Control.Leave, nor Control.Enter events is Raised after form receives focus from another application (In case you switch applications by Alt+Tab or by clicking on form caption, i.e. you not click any of form's controls).
