Description of Problem:
cmd+shift+r does not find references anymore for local variables

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. move cursor to local variable.
2. cmd+shift+r
3. notice nothing happens
4. right click local variable
5. select find all references
6. notice list of references found

Actual Results:

Expected Results:
list of references shown

How often does this happen? 
observed for both var and explicit declarations of local variables

We have checked and cmd+shift+r is showing list of references.

you used a member variable.
try it on a variable declared locally within a method.

Thanks for providing the screencast. For some reason it worked for me when I tested that ...

But I now was able to reproduce & fix the issue.
