Description of Problem:
The parameter list does not show when typing code. Also does not show when selecting "Edit" -> "Show Parameter List"

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Type code such as "Debug.WriteLine(" 
2. No parameter list...
3. Try "Edit" -> "Show Parameter List" and you get the same result.


Actual Results:
No Intellisense Parameter List

Expected Results:
The parameter list should show with remarks and usage etc..

How often does this happen? 
All the time since XS 5.0 (build 876)

I also can't see "IsNullOrEmpty" appear in the code completion window on a string variable.

I have checked this issue with following builds:
X.S 5.0 (Build 876)
Git revision: 892675cba83be2d00954bfdf22dd8a29e6a47502
Mono 3.4.0

I am unable to reproduce this issue. I am getting Parameter list when typing even when Go to Edit->Show Parameter List. This is he screencast for the same: http://www.screencast.com/t/vIZw4iSmGI0A

@Joseph, Could you please provide me screencast of the problem which you are facing?

Works for me as well.

I assume that the 'using System.Diagnostics;' was missing. There isn't much that could prevent that feature from working.
