Steps to reproduce:
Condition: User should have latest API 18 installed on machine.
1. Create or open android application.
2. Open project option->Application.
3. Select dropdown for 'Compile using Android version'.
4. Observe that is is showing UseLatestPlatform as API19
Actual Result: 'Compile using Android version' dropdown showing UseLatestPlatform as API19 while I am having latest API 18 installed in Android SDK Manager.
Expected Result: Project option should display UseLatestPlatform as latest API which is installed in Android SDK manager.
Xamarin for Windows 2.0.105(X.Android 184.108.40.206)
