Description Pierce Boggan [MSFT] 2014-05-17 01:54:09 UTC
Expected:
Deletion of a folder with items in it should result in both being deleted and disappearing from the project tree in the Solution Explorer

Actual:
Deletion of a folder with items in it results in the items and folder being deleted, but only the items being shown as deleted from the project tree in the Solution Explorer

To Reproduce:
1. Create a solution.
2. Add a folder.
3. Add multiple items to the folder.
4. Delete the folder. Don't remove from project. Press the "Delete" option.
5. Empty folder is shown in project tree.
6. Check file system; notice folder + items in folder have been deleted, but Xamarin Studio still shows the folder.

@Pierce, I have checked this issue with the latest builds:

XS 5.0(build 874)
X.iOS 7.2.3.36
X.Android 4.12.4-15

I have followed steps as you mentioned in your bug description, Now when we delete a folder having items in Solution Explorer ,It also deletes the folder along with the files.Below is the screencast for the same:

Can you please attach the screenshot with the build info if you are still facing the same issue?

Thanks
