this resolved bug and you do not yet see a matching new report.
Setting the transparency for a form doesn't really work. You can set the opacity before showing the form, but then it's not possible set opacity=1 later on. If you initially show the form with opacity==1 you can't make it transparent later.

Sample program that demonstrates the problem
The attached sample program demonstrates the problem. By clicking the + and - buttons the opacity of the form should change, but currently it stays the same.
