Copy and paste this code into the text editor and click around the file with the mouse for a while until you get a crash:

using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.Linq;
using MonoTouch.Foundation;
using MonoTouch.UIKit;
using MonoTouch.Dialog;

namespace ${Namespace}
        public partial class ${Name} : DialogViewController
                //loads the ${Name}.xib file and connects it to this object
                public ${Name} () : base (UITableViewStyle.Grouped, null)
			Root = new RootElement ("${Name}") {
				new Section ("First Section"){
					new StringElement ("Hello", () => { new UIAlertView ("Thanks for tapping!").Show (); }),
					new EntryElement ("Name", "Enter your name")
				new Section ("Second Section"){

Can't reproduce that one, but I added some code that should fix it.

Reopen if it happens again.
