Hello (World).zip

Extract & Build "Hello (World).zip":

  $ unzip ~/Hello\ \(World\).zip
  $ cd Hello\ \(World\)/
  $ xbuild

Expected results: It builds!

Actual results: it doesn't!

> Program.cs(2,7): error CS0246: The type or namespace name `HelloLib' could not be found. Are you missing an assembly reference?

Why? Use `xbuild /v:diag`, and observe this wonder:

> Primary Reference from AssemblyFiles /Users/jon/Development/Projects/Hello %28World%29/HelloLib/bin/Debug//HelloLib.dll, file not found. Ignoring

Observe how the parenthesis have been hex-encoded.

If the directory is instead "Hello World" (no parenthesis), it will build.

Background: you will hit this if you're stilly enough to opt into Dropbox for Business, creating both Personal & Business Dropbox folders (`$HOME/Dropbox (Personal)`, and `$HOME/Dropbox (COMPANY)`), and you furthermore try to keep your project within Dropbox. (BOOM! <MIC DROP>)

What Mono version? I thought we fixed the encoding issue a while back.

Yeah that's too old.
