Description John Miller [MSFT] 2014-05-01 18:43:11 UTC

I am not able to use SecKey.RawSign() as documented here:

Steps to Reproduce:

SecKey myKey = new SecKey(...);
myKey.XXXXX // Missing

Actual Results:

RawSign is missing.

Expected Results:

RawSign not missing.

Build Date & Platform:

Additional Information:

It looks like the methods are marked private:
private unsafe SecStatusCode RawSign(SecPadding padding, byte[] dataToSign, out byte[] result)...
private SecStatusCode RawSign(SecPadding padding, IntPtr dataToSign, int dataToSignLen, out byte[] result)...

It was made public (and fixed) on March 16th but that was after the 7.2.1 branch was created (7.2.2 and 7.2.3 are MTVS only changes, XI itself is identical).

$ git show d3653911

    [Security] Fix SecKeyRawSign p/invoke (last param is a ref) and expose the API (was private) [desk #64569]

 IOW the fix only exists in master, i.e.

$ git branch --contains d3653911
* master
