Description of Problem:
Exception during call to Web API controller.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use mono 3.2.8 compiled and installed on CentOS 6.5
2. Create empty ASP.Net site (I used VS).
3. Add manually latest MVC 5 and Web API 2 (5.1.2).
4. Create test method and try to call it.

You will get exception...

To add MVC and Web API2 I used NuGet packages manager (so it is not absolutely manually of course).

You are using binaries not compiled with MOno, so you are referencing a library that we do not provide.

The right fix would be to upgrade our aspnetstack, but I do not know when that would happen.
