It looks like the bindings for Android Api 19 are not complete for the Bluetooth classes. In particular, would be good to have access to some of the new methods in the BluetoothDevice class. Best would be to have access to all the new additions in the Android API that are for Bluetooth connectivity.

Could you elaborate and list the classes that are missing from Mono.Android.dll? I reviewed the new API from Android's API diff page [*1] and found all those new stuff is bound.

The classes are there, but not all the members.

For example, BluetoothDevice has a createBond() method. I don't see that in the Xamarin Android Api documentation, and it doesn't have seem to made it into the BluetoothDevice class (in Xamarin Android.Bluetooth). I work on the Stable channel, but just checked Alpha channel as well -- missing.

You have to make change to your project and set Target Framework to "Android 4.4 (Kitkat)" or the "Use the latest installed platform (4.4)".
