If you create a subclass of a generic collection, such as:

   class TestCollection : Collection<string> { }

...then inspecting the instance in XS gives you "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

I have checked this issue and able to reproduce with following steps:

1. Create C# Console application.
2. Create subclass of generic collection.
3. Create instance of subclass.

fixed in debugger-libs, going to try and get it into 5.0 but no guarantees
