Description Tianyu Xie 2014-04-05 21:31:19 UTC
I tried to set MPNowPlayingInfo.ElapsedPlaybackTime with a double value but the playback position on the lock screen never updates.

Also, every time I put a break before I set that variable, the old value is always null.

If I don't set this value manually but let iOS handle that by using PlaybackRate, it seems to work. However, when I seek in my app, I have to update this value manually - so purely letting iOS handle that would not work.

Is this a glitch in MonoTouch or it's something I'm missing here?

Please provide a self-contained test case that shows the issue.

Also state your software versions* and the iOS version used in the simulator and/or devices.

* The easiest way to get exact version information is to use the "Xamarin Studio" menu, "About Xamarin Studio" item, "Show Details" button and copy/paste the version informations (you can use the "Copy Information" button).
