Step to reproduce:
1. Create a iOS StoryBoard project
2. Open storyboard file and add Date Picker view from toolbox
3. Select Date Picker and navigate to Properties window> Widget subtab.
4. At Stretching subsection click up/down arrow button.
At Widget> Stretching subsection up/down arrow button are not working for X, Y co-ordinates, Height and width.
Under stretching section user should be able to change X, Y co-ordinates, Height and width by clicking up/down arrow buttons.
