Step to reproduce:
1. Create a iOS StoryBoard project in VS 2010
2. Open storyboard file and move to Properties window of default view controller.
3. Navigate across widget, layout and event subtabs.
In VS 2010, section heading in Properties window for different widget/controls appears blurred/greyed out and hence not
easily readable. Whereas in VS 2012, 2013 it is appearing correctly.
In Properties window, section headings should be readable and appear correctly.

I have checked this issue with latest Xamarin for VS and VS 2010. Now, section heading in Properties window for different widget/controls does not appears blurred/grayed and these are easily readable.
