Couldn't find a binding for NSRectFillUsingOperation. A workaround is to add binding manually using DllImport:
[DllImport (Constants.AppKitLibrary)]
extern static void NSRectFillUsingOperation (RectangleF rect, int op);

I have checked this issue and I am getting the same behavior.

As mentioned in apple doc "NSRectFillUsingOperation" method is declared in "NSGraphics.h" file.

Apple doc: https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/Cocoa/Reference/ApplicationKit/Miscellaneous/AppKit_Functions/Reference/reference.html#//apple_ref/c/func/NSRectFillUsingOperation

I have checked the definition of "NSGraphics" class in assembly browser and Observed that the "NSRectFillUsingOperation" method is missing from the "NSGraphics" class.
