i cannot select iOS Simulator for iOS 5, i had installed XCode 4.1 , and then installed XCode 4.1 in Developer42 (parallel folder to developer), and now i still cannot compile and emulate using new xcode,.... in monotouch,...

Currently MonoTouch doesn't quite work right with parallel Xcode installs.

This has been fixed and will be included in MonoTouch 5.1.
