Description Dean Herbert 2011-08-04 10:59:18 UTC
I can't reproduce this on my iOS hardware, but have had it reported by testers (3GS/3G, though I'm not sure that is related). The code where it occurred in this case is:

NSMutableUrlRequest req = new NSMutableUrlRequest(new NSUrl(UrlEncode(m_url)), NSUrlRequestCachePolicy.ReloadIgnoringCacheData, 30);
req.HttpMethod = method; //method is "POST" in this case

The crash log contains:

Comment 1 Rolf Bjarne Kvinge [MSFT] 2011-08-08 11:53:38 UTC
This looks very much like the app ran out of memory, and the fact that it only happens on older devices would suggest the same thing. Maybe you can instrument your own build and see if there are any memory leaks or some place you can use less memory?

Otherwise it's very hard for us to find any problems without a reprocible test case.
Comment 2 Dean Herbert 2011-08-08 11:55:08 UTC
Thanks for the clarification. I'll look into my memory usage and make sure I'm not leaking.

Closing bug for now, if you still have problems after checking your memory usage please reopen with a test case.
