Description Dylan 2014-02-19 08:59:12 UTC
Making a very simple iPhone application from the ground up. After typing a certain amount of code and using intellisense, the beach ball of death appears when looking to resolve a reference or definition and the entire IDE becomes unresponsive. The IDE then needs to be force quit and restarted. Work is often lost.

Seems to happen as a direct result of the latest XS update.

XS 4.2.3
Xamarin.iOS 7.0.6

Please let me know where I can find any additional detailed logs to attach to this issue.

Hi Dylan,

You can gather the logs from the following places:

MAC:
IDE Logs: In XS, Go to Help> Open Log Directory and collect latest IDE log.
Build Output:In XS go to View> Pads> Errors and then click Build Output.
Please refer screencast for more details: http://screencast.com/t/EtyndKwmO9

Also please provide us the sample code that you are using.

Thanks.
