Step to reproduce

Build Android project referencing and using a binding of testflight sdk
Build a second time

1>C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Xamarin\Android\Xamarin.Android.Common.targets(970,5): error MSB4018: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: L'accŠs au chemin d'accès 'C:\DiskJ\projets\ac\Master\ac\Ac.Droid\obj\Debug\android\assets\TestFlightBindings.dll.mdb' est refusé. Manually delete the file TestFlightBindings.dll.mdb and rebuild.

There where several fixes on the handling of mdbs for Android now present in alpha and locking was specifically targeted. I'm marking this issue as fixed for verification. Please reopen if this is still an issue.
