Description Jason Trahan 2011-10-29 06:17:49 UTC
It appears that MKMapView is missing the InitWithFrame constructor
Comment 1 Sebastien Pouliot 2011-10-31 09:12:23 UTC
it seems to be missing from many types inheriting from UIView. Thanks for spotting this.

(sounds like a nice rule for gendarme ;-)
Comment 2 Jason Trahan 2011-10-31 09:17:03 UTC
As usual no problem ;)
Comment 3 Sebastien Pouliot 2011-11-23 11:05:36 UTC
MKMapView, MKAnnotationView and MKOverlayView now have the initWithFrame constructor. It will be in MT 5.2 and later 5.0.x releases.

I'll try to track/tests other (non-MapKit) cases later. Thanks!
