Description Andres G. Aragoneses 2014-01-29 10:04:09 UTC
Trying to generate a .so AOT file from an assembly with Mono 3.2.1 I'm getting `Failed to load method 0x6000644 from '/foo/bar/fx.common.dll'`. Both in AMD64 and x86.
Comment 2 Zoltan Varga 2014-01-29 10:30:41 UTC
The assembly is missing a reference:

Mono: The following assembly referenced from /Users/vargaz/git/mono/mono/mini/fx.common.dll could not be loaded:
     Assembly: Microsoft.Ccr.Core (assemblyref_index=3)
     Public Key: 31bf3856ad364e35
The assembly was not found in the Global Assembly Cache, a path listed in the MONO_PATH environment variable, or in the location of the executing assembly (/Users/vargaz/git/mono/mono/mini/).

Thanks, noted.

But I guess I'll leave the bug open because Mono should have been more informative in the error?

Added a more helpful error message.
