Expected output (via CSC.EXE):

> bas.cs(5,40): error CS1003: Syntax error, ']' expected
> bas.cs(5,40): error CS1519: Invalid token ')' in class, struct, or interface member declaration

Actual output:

> bas.cs(6,12): warning CS0658: `)' is invalid attribute target. All attributes in this attribute section will be ignored
