Steps to reproduce:
1. Run iOS Sample AsyncDownloadImage on iOS7.0 and iOS 7.1
2. Click on Download button.
3. Click on Cancel button while downloading.

Actual Result: Exception appears in application output but does not crash this is the gist of output: https://gist.github.com/saurabh360/0e39f686dedff4351b4f

Expected Result: Application should not display exception.

I have checked this issue with the latest builds:

XS 4.2.4(build32)
monotouch-samples-master bea743d25bfd85df3a5dc8594cfc9ef205eab162

Now on clicking cancel button while downloading it doesn't display any exception.Hence verifying this issue.
