In ~/Library/Logs/Xamarin/MonotouchVS/ I have a logfile, at the end it has:
> AppTrvllrCityiOS.app built successfully.

I copied my mobile provisioning profile to /Users/myUser/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles/ and tried again but it still failed.
I absolutely CANNOT enter an Apple ID in xamarin studio, as I am provided with certificates and prov. profiles.
Visual studio 2013, Xamarin studio 4.2.2 (build 2)
Are you using Xamarin Studio? Or are you using Visual Studio? THe build log you posted above is from Visual Studio.
Visual studio. My understanding is that it will use xamarin studio to do the deploy/debug, or is that incorrect?

It is indeed incorrect. It uses Xamarin.iOS tools to do the build.
Ok. I will update the title to be more accurate.
Abe, if you are using 7.0.5 of the Mac Build Host, is should be using the Xcode database to retrieve the list of Provisioning Profiles. Go to Xcode and ensure that all provision profiles are listed there. Shutdown VS, Then restart the Mac Build Host. Restart VS, connect to the relevant Mac Build host and rebuild your project.
Sorry to tell you to try a bunch of different versions, but the fix isn't actually in iOS 7.0.5. It is in 7.0.6 (which was released to stable just today).
Hope we can get things working for you,
I have checked this issue with following steps mentioned below :
I have deleted Apple account from Xcode and Xamarin Studio as well. Now I am not login with apple account on Mac. I created an iPhone app on Visual Studio and deploy on device. App is deploying on device successfully with login apple account.
As per my observation, this issue has been fixed.
Environment Info :
I apologize for incorrect sentence of last line of Second paragraph in comment(8).
Correct sentence is : App is deploying on device successfully without login apple account.
